Committed to professional education as a means to better serve his clients, Derek holds advance designations of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC). Derek believes a strong community presence and a solid professional foundation is key to success in helping people. Derek also teaches a Medicare/Long Term Care pre-licensing course at a local community college.
